Hello there!

I'm Meiphia - but you can call me Mei!

I'm Swedish, born and raised, and have spent 31 springs around the sun. I spent a lot of my youth in the south of the country, in a garbage village in the middle of nowhere. Luckily, in my teens I moved up north to the big city, and that's where I spent my formative years. In 2014, I got my first job as an animator for games, and that's what I kept doing for the following 10 years - you may know some of my work, in titles like Warhammer 40K: Darktide and PAYDAY 2!

But after the Layoffs of 2023-2026, I decided it was time to move on to other pastures. So, as of August 2026, I am a Social Work Programme student, working towards a degree in Social Work and Psychology (Graduating in 2030)! It's a big change - but it's a journey!

Other than that, I'm a huge music dork - I listen to practically everything (and if you wanna see what "everything" means, you should check out my Last.FM Page!), I collect old music technology like iPods, Vinyl Players and MiniDiscs!

It's not just music technology though, it's retro tech in general - so I have a sizable collection of computers, consoles and other gadgets. I like to get the broken stuff and fix it up! Who know, maybe that'll translate to humans too down the line, eh?

And, of course, having been a professional animator stemmed from being a hobbyist one - so I occacionally dabble in various types of art. 3D renders, 2D art doodles, webdesign, painting, book-binding, scultping, modelling - basically, I'm always doing stuff!
